We truly hope you love your KV Leathers handbag, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns
You’re welcome to return your item within 30 days of receiving it. To qualify, the bag must be unused and in its original condition, including tags and packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll carefully assess the product. If everything looks good, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping
Kindly note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by KV Leathers.
